About us
The house was built in 1914 by the architect Joseph Libaudière, and inhabited by his family for 3 generations before it was sold in 2011. Libaudière was influenced by the Anglo-Norman style and adopted a classic, 19th century layout for the rooms. The current owners acquired it in 2019.
The owners
The Chesnelie estate was bought in 2019 by a couple with a love for old stones and eager to share their passion with others. Their philosophy is to offer you and your family ample space and a peaceful setting for a stay that combines elegance and the French “art de vivre”
